APP Tester Non-Disclosure Agreement

Before participating in the testing of this application (the “Test Software”), please read and agree to the terms below.

1. Beta Testing Notice

The Test Software is a pre-release version provided solely for testing purposes and may contain bugs, errors, or unstable features.

2. Confidential Information

All information accessed during testing is considered confidential, including but not limited to:

Unreleased features, interfaces, visuals, and data

Test accounts, test builds, and device-related information

Any non-public technical or business information related to the product

3. Tester Obligations

The tester agrees to:

Use the Test Software only for personal testing purposes

Not disclose, share, or distribute any test content to third parties

Not take or share screenshots, screen recordings, photos, or videos of the Test Software

Not publish or discuss test content on social media, forums, group chats, or other public platforms

Not reverse engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise misuse the Test Software

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Test Software remain the exclusive property of the developer.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by the tester may be used by the developer free of charge.

5. Term

The obligation to maintain confidentiality continues after the testing ends or the tester’s access is terminated.

6. Breach

If the tester violates this agreement, the developer may immediately terminate test access and pursue legal remedies where applicable.
